Are you too busy to just be?

I’ve noticed a trend over the last few years that really concerns me…

Too often when I greet someone and ask them how their day has been, the most common response….busy!

What does that say about us?

Have we lost the ability to enjoy the everyday?

But most concerning…When does the busy-ness stop? 

Train your mind…transform your body

Do you tend to overindulge in fatty, high sugar foods? When you feel stressed, bored or lonely, do you reach for food to help?

I‘ve done a lot of personal work to overcome my own emotional eating habits. But years ago I was dependent on food to feel better – to fill an emptiness inside.
