Have a look at some of our blog articles, see which ones resonate with you most, write down all the questions you have that you'd like to ask me based off them and have them prepared when we jump on our call.

If you have an existing routine, diet or exercise plan that you're currently following, I'd love for you to bring it along so we can have a look at your overall wellness at the moment.
