No, you don’t need to join a gym if you don’t want to. To complete any workouts, all you need is an exercise mat, some space at home and access to the internet. You can complete your entire program completely equipment free and create great results. Equipment may include 2 x 3-5kg dumbbells, large resistance band and booty band, chair or bench, exercise mat.
